Grade 4 · Geography · Free lesson

Hi there! I am Studyfin, your helper. Today, we will explore our amazing blue planet!

Our Earth is made of large pieces of land and huge bodies of water. We call the giant areas of land continents. We call the huge areas of salt water oceans.

globes

There are seven continents on Earth. We can find them on maps and globes. Let us look at how they fit across our blue planet.

Our Spinning Earth

Earth has five massive oceans. The Pacific Ocean is the largest one. The Atlantic Ocean separates the Americas from Europe and Africa.
