- First, listen actively by looking at the teacher and keeping your hands still.
- Next, ask a good question to clarify, like: 'How much water do we mix with the dry clay?'
- Then, follow the steps in order: first roll the clay, then shape it, and last smooth it out.
- Finally, repeat the steps back to your teacher to make sure you have them right.
