Grade 3 · Spanish · Free lesson

¡Hola! I am Studyfin. Let's learn how to say days and seasons in Spanish!

In Spanish, we do not capitalize the days of the week. The week starts with lunes (Monday) — LOO-nehs.

Let us look at the word sol (sun). It helps us remember domingo (Sunday) — doh-MEEN-goh, when the sun shines bright!

Seasons are called estaciones (seasons) — ehs-tah-see-OH-nehs. In el otoño (fall) — el oh-TOHN-yoh, colorful leaves fall to the ground.
