In Spanish, every piece of clothing has a gender. We use **el** or **la** for singular words like **la camisa** (shirt) or **el sombrero** (hat).
When clothes are plural, we use **los** or **las**. For example, **los pantalones** (pants) and **las botas** (boots) are plural.
To say someone is wearing something, use the verb **llevar** (to wear). For example, **Yo llevo una chaqueta** means "I wear a jacket".

- 1. Find the pronoun for "She": **Ella**.
- 2. Conjugate the verb **llevar** (to wear) for "she": **lleva**.
- 3. Translate "a hat": **un sombrero** (masculine singular).
- 4. Translate "yellow" and place it after the noun: **amarillo**.
- 5. Put it all together: **Ella lleva un sombrero amarillo**.
