Hello! Today we will learn how to say hello in Mandarin Chinese.
In Mandarin, to say hello you say 'Nǐ hǎo'. It literally means 'You good'.
Nǐ means 'you'. Hǎo means 'good'. Putting them together makes 'Hello!'
When you meet a new friend, you can say 'Nǐ hǎo!' with a big smile. They will say 'Nǐ hǎo!' back to you.

Imagine you see your teacher in the morning. How do you greet them using Mandarin?
