Welcome! Today we are learning about Greetings & introductions (Nǐ hǎo) in Mandarin Chinese.
In Mandarin, 'Nǐ hǎo' means hello. 'Nǐ' means you, and 'hǎo' means good. Together, they mean you wish someone well!

To greet a whole group, you can say 'Dàjiā hǎo'. 'Dàjiā' means everyone. It is a fun way to say hello to all your classmates!
When someone says 'Nǐ hǎo' to you, you can say 'Nǐ hǎo' right back. It shows you are friendly and polite!
