When we work in a group, we need a plan. A good plan lists everyone's job. This is called sharing responsibilities.
First, we list all the tasks that need to get done. Then, we match each task to the best person. This keeps our work fair and fun!
We must also agree on when each task should be finished. We write down these times so that everyone knows the timeline.
✏️ Worked example
Sam, Mia, and Leo are making a science poster. They need to divide the work fairly. Let us help them make a collaboration plan step by step.
- First, they list all the tasks: research the topic, draw the pictures, and write the text.
- Next, they talk about what they do best. Sam loves writing. Mia is great at art. Leo likes reading and finding facts.
- Then, they assign the jobs: Leo will research, Mia will draw, and Sam will write.
- Finally, they set a timeline. Leo will finish the research by Tuesday, Mia will draw by Wednesday, and Sam will write by Thursday.
