Hi there! Today, we are going to learn how to team up with others and make a great plan for group projects.
Working in a group can be super fun! To succeed, we need to make a plan of shared responsibilities so everyone knows their job.

A good team plan splits the work evenly. We look at what needs to be done, and then we assign tasks based on what each person does best.
To make a plan, we must talk and listen. We share our ideas, respect each other, and agree on who does what before we start working.
✏️ Worked example
Imagine you and your classmate, Kim, need to make a poster about recycling. Walk through how to create a shared plan of responsibilities together.
- Step 1: Talk about what the poster needs. You need facts about recycling and some colorful pictures.
- Step 2: Share what you both like to do. You enjoy researching facts. Kim loves to draw and color.
- Step 3: Assign the tasks based on your strengths. You agree to find the facts, and Kim agrees to draw the pictures.
- Step 4: Write down your plan so you both remember your roles. This keeps the team organized and happy!
