Since mother is female, we use 'ma' for 'my'. So, 'my mother' is 'ma mère'.
Next, remember the French word for brother. Brother is 'frère'.
Since brother is male, we use 'mon' for 'my'. So, 'my brother' is 'mon frère'.
Now put them together! You can say: 'ma mère et mon frère'.
